Mechanical Room Laser Scan: Interactive 3D Point Cloud

We captured this residential mechanical room with a laser scanner to document existing conditions with millimeter-level coordinate precision. The scan was cleaned with statistical noise filtering, recolored from scanner imagery, and published as an interactive 8.9-million-point model. Deliverables: registered point cloud (E57 / LAS / RCP), cleaned and recolored dataset, interactive web viewer, and a point cloud ready for Revit and Navisworks modeling.
